Psychotherapy services to individuals ages 16+. Collaboratively work with a Therapist to establish goals towards better understanding your thoughts, emotions, moods and behaviours. Work towards managing distressing symptoms and developing healthy coping skills and interpersonal relationships.

This service is offered by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I believe in the inherent resilience and strength of my clients and I value promoting their autonomy and agency. In the therapy room, I am whimsical, welcoming and patient as I aim to create an open space for exploration, self-reflection, and healing. The centre of my work is always intersectional, identity-affirming and culturally-affirming. Making my practice well-suited to support individuals of various communities and intersecting identifies such as individuals of BIPoC and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. I am particularly dedicated to supporting those in communities who have limited access to mental health services as a result of systemic barriers, stigma, and high trauma exposure.

I am a bilingual (ENG/FR) Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa.

I support adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing acculturative stress, anxiety disorders, depression, emotional dysregulation, stress, and trauma (attachment, childhood, racial).

I work with a variety of modalities such as, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic-based Therapy. My approach is always intersectional, identity-affirming and culturally-affirming.
